Well…we all have to start somewhere.  Not knowing anything, we started from scratch and what the advertising pushed us into of course.  Peat pellets, which includes peat pots, is what you see above.  Our first “attempt” at stating something from seed.  We read and followed directions and had them in a warm location (window sill) and what do you know… we had a few things sprout !!  We were so excited and thought we were on our way.  Little did we know….

As you can see above, we were proud parents of baby veggies!!  I would like to tell you we planted these outside, raised them to maturity and ate from the fruits they produced.  They died soon after getting outside.  Sigh, we have a long way to go….

This was the very first garden bed we made for our brand new seedlings with high hopes and expectations.   After they filled with weeds, we disassembled them and gave up.  Our first attempt was June 2017.
