Meet the Blacktail Mountain Watermelon.  This was our first time growing these and they did OK.  I will definitely plant them again next year too.  These are on the smaller, more personal size (like a Sugar Baby) but I didn’t have any luck with the Sugar Baby.  We have cut into the first one and its not bad.  The plants/leaves were not in the best shape through its life span so I think I will give more TLC (and nutrients) next time so it can be even sweeter.

I do like that this dude is heirloom and seed producing so I can save them and go again next year with the 2nd generation.
